Drum Set.....

Well, ya know how im taking drum lessons and all?? Well, Dana, my moms friend(Faiths mommmy..) told my parents about an ad in the newspaper about a 5 piece drum set for $20.
$20?!?!?! No, it was a misprint but anyways. So the lady told us that the drum set was orginally owned by a band called 'LA Guns'...whos members later orginized the band called
'Guns N' Roses'. Who is a VERY famous band!!! And the members of the band even signed it!!! So we are very excited because it sounds awesome and its in our price range. But we know its gunna be an old drum set, but that didnt hold us down! So this morning, my mom and i went to go look at it. It was a nice color, the paint was a little chipped, you could tell it had been used a lot...not so bad right?? But all the cymbols...crash cymbol, high hat, ride cymbol...All of Em....CRACKED!! Broken!! So, it would take a lot of money to get them replaced, so we ended up not buying it. But it was cool, on one of the cymbols, the band members singed it and stuff. It said stuff like, "Peanut Butt", "7x7=49 days=Hell"...stuff like that. They obviously wernt sober at the time. LOL!!!
And in every single cymbol had gun holes in them! Like little BB gun holes. I didnt mind that, but the cracks were very bad. So, i was a little bummed, but there are better sets out there and im hopin to find the right one. Wub ya!!
